The Projects Administration Department ensures management of projects realized at CEITEC MU in accordance with the Provider's conditions and MU and CETEC MU internal regulations. Furthermore, it provides activities connected with the operation of Core Facilities at CEITEC MU.

The main tasks of the department include in particular:

  • Assurance of administrative tasks associated with project administration (submission of current reports, regular control of project schedule and project outputs, communication with the provider, management of project changes, management of project risks)
  • Methodological interpretation of the project rules given by the Provider
  • Surveillance of compliance with the principles and rules given by the Grant Provider
  • Keeping complete electronic and documentary records of project documentation
  • Providing backgrounds for internal and external audit in cooperation with the Project Investigator
  • Coordination of activities related to the project sustainability requirements
  • Calculation of prices for the use of the Core Facility services
  • Analysis of usability of Core Facilities costs
